🥩 Grass-Fed Beef Tallow
The backbone of everything we make. This is rendered suet from pasture-raised cattle—and it’s the reason our products actually work. Tallow is loaded with vitamins A, D, E, and K, plus fatty acids that closely mimic the oils your skin already produces (human sebum). Your skin recognizes it. Your skin absorbs it. Your skin says “finally, something that makes sense.”
🪴 Shea Butter
Sourced from the nuts of the African shea tree, shea butter has been a skincare staple for centuries—and for good reason. It delivers deep, lasting moisture with anti-inflammatory properties. Rich in vitamins A and E, it helps calm irritated skin and lock in hydration without feeling greasy.
🍫 Cocoa Butter
Pressed from cacao beans—yes, the chocolate ones. Cocoa butter creates a protective moisture barrier on your skin, is loaded with antioxidants, and gives some of our products that subtle, warm chocolate scent. You might get hungry applying it. We don’t judge.
☀️ Non-Nano Zinc Oxide
The only sunscreen active ingredient we use, and the only one we trust. Non-nano means the particles sit on top of your skin and physically block UV rays—they don’t absorb into your bloodstream. It’s reef safe, pregnancy safe, and won’t mess with your hormones. Found exclusively in our SPF 30 Mineral Sunscreen.
🌱 Jojoba Oil
Technically a liquid wax (fun at parties, that fact). Jojoba is the closest plant-based oil to human sebum, which means your skin absorbs it fast and doesn’t freak out. It balances oil production—so oily skin gets less oily, dry skin gets more hydrated. Jojoba doesn’t pick favorites.
🍊 Sea Buckthorn Oil
This bright orange berry oil is packed with omega-7 fatty acids, vitamin C, and vitamin E. It supports skin repair and gives you that “I just came back from vacation” glow. One of nature’s most nutrient-dense oils, and it works beautifully alongside tallow.
💊 Vitamin E (Tocopherol)
A powerhouse antioxidant that protects your skin from environmental damage—pollution, UV exposure, the general chaos of being alive. It also doubles as a natural preservative in our formulas, keeping everything fresh without synthetic additives.
🍯 Beeswax
Creates a breathable protective barrier that locks moisture in without clogging your pores. Beeswax lets your skin do its thing while keeping the good stuff from evaporating. It’s been used in skincare for literally thousands of years. We didn’t reinvent the wheel here—we just put it on your face.
💜 Lavender Essential Oil
Calming, soothing, and a gentle natural antiseptic. Lavender helps your skin wind down at the end of the day. Found in our Nighttime Cream—because your evening routine should smell like relaxation, not a chemistry lab.
🌼 Chamomile Extract
Anti-inflammatory and deeply soothing. Chamomile pairs with lavender in our Nighttime Cream to calm irritated, stressed-out skin. Think of it as a cup of tea for your face.
🍃 Peppermint & Spearmint Oil
Cooling and invigorating—like a wake-up call for your skin. These essential oils add a refreshing tingle to our Rosemary Mint Soap. They smell incredible, and they’ll make your morning shower significantly more interesting.
🍊 Bergamot & Orange Oil
Bright, uplifting citrus oils that smell like sunshine decided to become a soap. Found in our Orange Bergamot Soap and Citrus Soap. These essential oils bring the energy without any synthetic fragrance nonsense.
