What Went Wrong

Your reply did come in. The Growth OS captured it at 12:31 PM PT and sent the receipt text. The part that failed was execution: the current automation records, ingests, and acknowledges replies, but it does not spin up a live Codex work session by itself. That expectation gap is on the system, not on you.

I executed the reply now and I am leaving the process more explicit: a text receipt means received and queued. Execution happens in an active Codex session unless we build a narrower deterministic executor for approved command types.

Shopify Lake-Day Kit

Created/reused the 10% kit code LAKEDAY10, updated the Lake-Day page, removed the internal "why this test exists" operator copy, and replaced it with customer-facing sales copy about lake-bag simplicity and ingredient-list fatigue.

Important Decision

I did not put the word "poison" directly on the Shopify page. I used the stronger but more usable version: "sunscreen panic," "ingredient lists that feel like a chemistry exam," and "no chalky-sunscreen dread." That keeps the edge without creating an easy platform/ad-policy problem.

1. Should I turn the three Meta prep variants into actual static/video assets next?
2. Once visual QA is clean, which channel should get the SPF + After Sun challenger first?
3. Should LAKEDAY10 stay open-ended for the Lake-Day Kit test, or should I set an end date?
4. Do you want me to build a narrower deterministic executor for structured replies, so approved Shopify/report/content tasks can run without waiting for a live Codex session?
